Price on Application (POA)

POA means the asking price is not advertised publicly. Qualified buyers receive the price after they introduce themselves to the agent and meet vendor-defined criteria.

Vendors choose POA when: the property is super-prime + the vendor prefers to vet buyers before disclosing the price; price discovery on a one-of-a-kind asset is genuinely uncertain; or the vendor wants to control which competitors / publications learn about the listing.

For buyers: POA is not a tactic — most super-prime UK / UAE properties trade POA. Expect a short qualification call before the price + the full marketing pack are released. Provide proof of funds early to accelerate.

Belgrave's POA process is two-step: brief introduction call confirming the buyer's profile, then release of the full digital marketing pack including price.
