Dubai relocation

Move to Dubai with one adviser coordinating the whole move

A move to Dubai involves a home, schools, residency paperwork and a dozen practical setups, often on a tight timetable. We sequence them, search for the right home to rent or buy and keep you updated in one place.

  • One named relocation lead
  • Home search to rent or buy
  • Schools and settling-in coordinated

FAQ

Dubai relocation: your questions answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.

  • Do you help with visas and residency?

We coordinate the timing with your employer or a licensed visa provider and explain what is needed for a tenancy or purchase. Residency applications themselves are handled through the official channels or licensed providers.

  • Should we rent or buy when we first arrive?

Many families rent first to learn the city. Others buy straight away, sometimes linked to residency options. We compare both for your plans.

  • Can you help with school places?

We include schools in the search and help you plan applications. Places depend on the schools’ own admissions and availability.

  • How does renting in Dubai work?

Tenancies are usually registered through the Ejari system and rent is often paid in a small number of cheques. We explain the terms of each home before you commit.

  • Can my company pay for the relocation?

Yes. We work with employers and can report progress to HR.

  • How do you charge?

A fixed fee per household, scaled to the scope of the programme, confirmed in writing before you start.

  • Can you help if we are moving from London?

Yes. With offices in London and Dubai we can meet you before you move and look after both ends of the move.
