Frequently asked questions
What is The Vault?
The Vault is our archive of anonymised closed mandates across super-prime real estate. Each case study sets out the brief, the process and the outcome as proof of execution.
Are these real transactions?
Yes, every case is a genuine mandate we completed. We remove client names and exact addresses in line with our confidentiality model.
Which markets and mandate types are covered?
The Vault spans sales, lettings, off-plan and acquisitions across London, Dubai, Riyadh, the wider GCC and Europe. You can filter by mandate type and by price band.
What do days-on-market and versus-asking figures mean?
Days on market shows how quickly the mandate closed, and the versus-asking figure shows the result relative to the guide price. Both are practical measures of how a deal was executed.
How does off-market execution work?
Off-market cases were transacted without any public listing, reaching qualified buyers discreetly through our network. Many super-prime vendors prefer this to protect privacy and control timing.
