Yes. We can view on your behalf with live video, although we recommend you see your final choice in person where you can.
How many cheques will I need?
It varies by landlord and property. Fewer cheques usually means a stronger negotiating position for the landlord, so we negotiate this alongside the rent.
What documents will I need to rent?
Landlords typically ask for identification and residency or visa details, and sometimes proof of employment. We confirm the list for your situation.
Can you help a family find a home near schools?
Yes. We map homes against the schools you are considering. School places are decided by the schools themselves, so apply early.
