Dubai portfolios

Manage your Dubai property portfolio as one investment

Owners with several Dubai units often end up with different agents, contracts and reports for each. We bring them together: an audit of every unit, a plan for what to hold, improve or sell, and regular reporting that shows the portfolio’s real performance.

  • Unit-by-unit audit
  • Hold, improve or sell plan
  • One report for the whole portfolio

FAQ

Dubai portfolios: your questions answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.

  • How many units do I need for portfolio management?

There is no fixed minimum. It becomes most useful once separate agents and reports become hard to track.

  • Can you take over units from other managers?

Usually, subject to your current agreements and the tenancies in place. We review them and plan the handover.

  • Do you advise on selling some units?

Yes. Hold or sell recommendations are part of the plan, with valuations from our sales desk.

  • Can reports be in my currency?

Yes. Reporting can be in your chosen currency.

  • Do you give tax or structuring advice?

No. We work alongside your tax and legal advisers, and provide the figures they need.

  • What does it cost?

Fees are agreed in writing at the start of the mandate.
