After you enquire
What happens next
- 01
A senior adviser reads it
Your request goes to a senior adviser on the right desk, not a call centre or an automated sequence.
- 02
A personal reply within one working day
By phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. Tell us a good time and we will keep to it.
- 03
A clear plan, no obligation
You get our view and the next steps in plain terms. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.
Should I sell before I buy when downsizing?
Selling first puts you in a stronger position as a buyer, but you need somewhere to go. We plan the timing so you can do both with as little disruption as possible.
Can you help me find the next home as well?
Yes. We search for your next home while selling the current one, so the two are coordinated by one adviser.
Can you help family members be involved?
Yes. With your permission we can keep family members or your advisers updated and include them in decisions.
What about stamp duty on the next home?
Stamp duty may be payable on the purchase. Our stamp duty calculator gives an estimate, and your solicitor will confirm the amount.
Can I sell without lots of viewings?
Yes. An off-market sale to vetted buyers can mean fewer, better-qualified viewings.
What does it cost?
Selling is charged as a single agreed fee on completion. If you also want a buyer-side search, those terms are confirmed separately in writing before you start.
Is there an obligation if I ask for a plan?
No. The valuation and plan are free and carry no obligation.
Still deciding? Ask a senior adviser directly.
