Short masterclasses.

Belgrave Academy is a library of short video masterclasses taught by senior advisors and outside specialists at Belgrave Estates. Each class runs roughly twenty to forty minutes and covers the practical mechanics of buying and owning super-prime property.

Classes span off-plan mechanics, cross-border tax and residency, deal-room negotiation, branded residences, whisper mandates and lettings yield. The catalogue is refreshed as new topics are requested by members.

Selected primer classes are free to watch, while advanced and intermediate classes are included for Belgrave Circle members. Non-members can also enquire about pay-per-class access.

Classes are led by the firm's senior advisors and partner specialists, including heads of off-plan allocations, private acquisitions and lettings, plus outside tax advisers. Every presenter works in the field they teach.

Belgrave Circle members watch the entire catalogue at no extra cost and join monthly live question-and-answer sessions with the presenters. Membership also unlocks events and off-market previews across our markets.
