FAQ

Selling in Dubai: your questions answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.

  • How do I sell my property in Dubai?

Instruct an agent, agree a listing price, sign the listing agreement, market it, agree terms in an MOU, obtain the developer NOC and complete the transfer at a trustee office.

  • What does it cost to sell property in Dubai?

A success fee on completion, scaled to the sale price and disclosed in writing before you instruct us. The developer may also charge an NOC fee.

  • Can I sell a mortgaged property in Dubai?

Yes. The outstanding mortgage is settled at transfer, often using the buyer’s funds. We coordinate the release with your bank.

  • Can I sell while the property is tenanted?

Yes. The tenancy usually transfers with the property; we plan viewings and notices with your tenant.

  • Can I sell from outside the UAE?

Yes. A power of attorney lets someone sign on your behalf. We manage the process remotely.

  • How long does a Dubai sale take?

It depends on price, buyer finance and any mortgage on the property. We set a realistic timetable at the valuation.
