Portfolio landlords
One adviser for your whole London rental portfolio
Running several rentals means compliance dates, voids, repairs and decisions about each property. We bring them into one managed portfolio with consolidated reporting, and give you a clear view of which properties to keep, improve or sell.
- Consolidated portfolio reporting
- Compliance tracked across every property

What portfolio landlords get
One view of everything
Rent, arrears, voids, costs and compliance for every property in one regular report.
Compliance on a calendar
Certificates, licences and deposit deadlines tracked across the portfolio, not property by property.
Fewer voids
Renewals and re-lets planned ahead so properties are marketed before they fall empty.
Decisions on evidence
Each property reviewed against current values and rents so you can decide where to hold, improve, refinance or sell.

After you enquire
What happens next
- 01
A senior adviser reads it
Your request goes to a senior adviser on the right desk, not a call centre or an automated sequence.
- 02
A personal reply within one working day
By phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. Tell us a good time and we will keep to it.
- 03
A clear plan, no obligation
You get our view and the next steps in plain terms. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.
How many properties do I need to use this service?
There is no fixed minimum. It is most useful once managing several properties takes real time. Tell us what you own and we will suggest the right scope.
Can you take over properties that already have tenants?
Yes. We take over existing tenancies, check the paperwork and compliance, and introduce ourselves to the tenants.
Do you handle HMO or selective licensing?
We track licensing requirements by borough and property type and help you apply or renew. Requirements vary by borough, so we check each property.
Can you advise on selling part of the portfolio?
Yes. We review each property against current evidence and can sell with tenants in place or vacant, depending on which gives the better result.
Do you give tax or financial advice?
No. We work alongside your accountant and any regulated finance adviser. Our reporting is designed to make their job easier.
How are fees structured?
An annual management fee on rental income plus transactional fees on disposals or refinancing, set out in writing in the proposal.
Can I keep my own contractors?
Yes, as long as they are insured and qualified for the work. We can also use our own vetted contractors where you prefer.
