Letting your Dubai property

Rent out your Dubai property to the right tenant

Letting in Dubai moves at its own pace: rents are often paid in a small number of cheques, contracts are registered through Ejari and renewals follow the official rental index. We take care of finding and checking the tenant and set the tenancy up properly from the start.

  • Tenant find or full management
  • Tenant checks before the contract
  • Ejari registration handled

FAQ

Letting your Dubai property: your questions answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.

  • What does a letting agent in Dubai charge landlords?

It depends on whether you want tenant find only or full management. Our fees are disclosed in writing at the appraisal, before you instruct us.

  • What is the difference between tenant find and management?

Tenant find covers marketing, checks and set-up, then you run the tenancy. Full management adds rent tracking, maintenance and renewals; see our property management page for detail.

  • How is rent paid in Dubai?

Often by a small number of post-dated cheques agreed in the contract, although arrangements vary. We agree the payment terms with you before marketing.

  • Do you register the tenancy on Ejari?

Yes. Ejari registration is part of setting up the let.

  • Can I let a furnished apartment?

Yes. We tell you whether furnishing is likely to help in your community and record the contents in the inventory.

  • Can I increase the rent at renewal?

Increases are governed by Dubai’s rules and the official rental index, with notice required in advance. We check what applies to your unit before proposing terms.

  • Can you let my property if I live abroad?

Yes. Many of our Dubai landlords are overseas. Approvals and documents are handled by email.
