The Belgrave Foundation
A small percentage, every year.
Half a percent of net revenue, routed through the Foundation, matched where clients elect to. Three focus areas, measured outcomes, audited annually. The mandate is small — that's the point.
Focus
Three pillars.
Housing access
Grants to organisations placing low-income families in stable homes - measured by tenancies sustained at 24 months, not households served once.
Urban biodiversity
Pollinator corridors, mature-tree preservation, and small-scale rewilding in the cities we operate in.
Applied scholarship
Funding for postgraduate research on housing affordability, climate-resilient buildings, and just transition.

On completion
The match.
At completion of any mandate, clients can opt to match — typically £/$1,000 or a percentage of the fee — directed to one of the three pillars.
We do not promote the match during a transaction. It appears in the completion paperwork as an opt-in. We track but do not publish individual contributions. The Foundation receives the funds; we cover the administration so 100% of the contribution reaches a partner.

How the Foundation turns brokerage into public good
The Foundation is deliberately narrow and quietly run. Here is where the money comes from, where it goes, and why we keep the mechanism unobtrusive.
Funded first, matched second
The Foundation routes 0.5% of the firm’s net brokerage revenue each year, before any client contribution. Clients who wish can then match at completion — a fixed sum or a share of the fee — but the base commitment stands whether or not anyone matches. Belgrave covers the administration, so the full value of every contribution reaches a partner organisation.
Three pillars, held for the long term
We concentrate on housing access, urban biodiversity and applied scholarship rather than spreading support thinly. The biodiversity work sits alongside our sustainability commitments on energy and embodied carbon, so the firm’s charitable and operational positions point the same way.
Never sold during a transaction
We do not promote the match while a mandate is live; it appears only in the completion paperwork as an opt-in, and individual contributions are tracked but never published. That restraint is part of the same trust and transparency posture that governs how the firm handles every mandate.
Accountable, on a schedule
The Foundation files an audited report each March, at which point the indicative figures on this page move to live data. Until then, treat the numbers as illustrative. To request the partner list or ask how the match works on your completion, speak to us, or read more about the firm behind the Foundation.
What is the Belgrave Foundation?
The Belgrave Foundation is the charitable arm of Belgrave Estates, our super-prime real-estate advisory. It directs an annual share of net brokerage revenue toward three focus areas: housing access, urban biodiversity and applied scholarship.
How is the Foundation funded?
The Foundation is funded by routing 0.5 percent of the firm's net brokerage revenue each year, matched where possible by clients who opt in at completion. Belgrave covers the administration so that the full value of every contribution reaches a partner organisation.
What causes does the Foundation support?
We concentrate on three pillars: expanding housing access, restoring urban biodiversity and funding applied scholarship. Focusing narrowly lets us build durable partnerships rather than spread support thinly.
Can clients contribute when a transaction completes?
Yes. At the completion of any mandate, clients may opt to match a contribution, typically a fixed sum or a percentage of the fee, directed to one of the three pillars. We never promote the match during a live transaction; it appears only in the completion paperwork as an opt-in.
Does the Foundation publish a report?
The Foundation files an audited annual report each March. Until the first report is published, the figures shown are indicative and will move to live data once the report is filed.
Which regions does the Foundation's work cover?
The Foundation's activity mirrors the firm's footprint across London, Dubai, Riyadh, the wider GCC and Europe. Partner organisations are selected locally within those markets.
