Ready homes in Dubai

Buy a ready home in Dubai you can see before you commit

Ready property removes construction risk. You can inspect the finish, the building’s upkeep and the view, and live in or let it straight after transfer. The trade-off is that you usually pay in full at transfer, so the checks and negotiation matter.

  • See exactly what you buy
  • Title and service charges checked
  • Transfer at a trustee office managed

FAQ

Ready homes in Dubai: your questions answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.

  • Is ready property more expensive than off-plan?

Not always, and the comparison is not just price. Ready homes need payment at transfer but produce rent or a home immediately. We compare both for your budget.

  • What costs do I pay when buying a ready home?

The DLD transfer fee of 4% of the price is the main one, plus registration and agency fees, and mortgage registration if you borrow. See our Dubai buying costs page.

  • Can I buy with a mortgage?

Yes, if you qualify. We can introduce you to lenders or brokers; we do not give mortgage advice ourselves.

  • How do I know the building is well run?

We review service charges and ask about the building’s condition and upkeep, and recommend a professional inspection where it is warranted.

  • Can I buy a tenanted unit?

Yes. The tenancy normally continues with you as landlord. We check the contract and rent before you commit.

  • Can I buy from outside the UAE?

Yes. Viewings can be filmed and a representative can usually sign for you under a power of attorney. Your lawyer can advise.

  • How do you charge buyers?

Our fee structure is agreed in writing before the mandate starts.
