Our public calendar is the open door to the firm — open houses to walk, launch evenings for early allocation, fairs where our advisors take private sessions, and free Academy webinars. Here is how to use it.
Four kinds of event, one calendar
Open houses are generally walk-in with advisors on site; developer launch evenings, fairs and Academy sessions ask you to RSVP so we can brief you properly. Launch evenings in particular are one of the best routes to early off-plan allocation — you get the operator and architect briefing before public release, and our desk can secure the specific unit rather than a residual. The vetted names behind those launches sit on our developer panel.
A private viewing instead
If a public open house does not suit your schedule, you do not have to wait for the next one. A senior advisor will arrange a discreet private viewing at a time that works — and where discretion is the point, our off-market inventory is never advertised at all. Members-only events
Beyond the public diary, the Belgrave Circle runs a separate, invitation-only calendar of collector dinners, pre-launch previews and advisor briefings, capped by design. To discuss a viewing, a launch or membership, speak to an advisor.
What kinds of events does Belgrave Estates host?
Our public calendar covers open houses, developer launch evenings, property fairs we exhibit at and open Academy sessions. Private members events, such as collector dinners and pre-launch previews, run separately through the Belgrave Circle.
Where do Belgrave events take place?
Events run across the markets we cover, principally London, Dubai and the wider GCC, alongside European and international fairs such as MIPIM and Cityscape. Some sessions are online webinars open to buyers anywhere.
Do I need to RSVP or register to attend?
Open houses are generally walk-in with advisors on site, while launch evenings, fairs and Academy sessions ask you to RSVP so we can brief you properly. Each listing shows whether registration is required.
Can I arrange a private viewing instead of attending an open house?
Yes. If a public open house does not suit your schedule, a senior advisor will arrange a discreet private viewing at a time that works for you.
How do I join private, invitation-only events?
Invitation-only events are hosted by the Belgrave Circle, our capped membership. Members receive a separate calendar of pre-launch previews, advisor briefings and dinners.
Are developer launch events a good way to access off-plan allocations?
They are one of the best ways, since launch evenings give you the operator and architect briefing plus early allocation before public release. Our off-plan desk can secure the specific unit you want rather than a residual.
