Dichiarazione di accessibilità

Il nostro impegno

We aim to make belgraveestates.com usable for as many people as possible, and we work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our reference standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a fixed endpoint: we treat it as part of how we build and maintain the site.

Cosa facciamo

• Semantic HTML — pages are built with meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and labelled controls so that assistive technologies can convey structure.
• Keyboard navigation — interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, and we aim to keep a visible focus indicator.
• Text alternatives — meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
• Colour & contrast — we design text and interface colours to meet contrast targets in both light and dark themes.
• Reduced motion — we respect the operating-system “reduce motion” preference and limit non-essential animation for visitors who ask for it.
• Responsive layout — content reflows for different screen sizes and supports zoom without loss of information.

Limitazioni note

Some parts of the site rely on third-party content and embedded tools — such as maps, media players, and property media supplied by partners — where we have less control over the accessibility of the underlying component. Older editorial content may not yet meet every criterion we apply to new pages. We review these areas as we update the site and prioritise fixes that affect core tasks such as searching, enquiring, and booking.
