FAQ
London rental valuation: your questions answered
Can’t find what you’re looking for?Talk to our team.
Is the rental valuation really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to let through Belgrave.
How is a rental valuation worked out?
From comparable lets in the area, current competing properties, and the condition and layout of your home, which is why we inspect rather than rely on a model.
Can I get a rental valuation without a visit?
Our rent calculator gives an indicative figure online. For a number to market at, we recommend the in-person valuation.
Furnished or unfurnished, which lets better?
It depends on the property and the likely tenant. We tell you which suits your home and area at the valuation.
Should I let or sell?
Ask for both figures and we will set them out together. The decision depends on your plans, finance and tax position, which your own advisors should confirm.
Do I have to use you to let the property afterwards?
No. The valuation is yours to keep whatever you decide.
Still deciding? Ask a senior adviser directly.
