Anonymous site measurement. In the UK (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) and France (CNIL audience-measurement exemption) we count page views anonymously before you make a choice: no advertising use, no sharing with third parties, no IP address stored, nothing linked to you. Choosing "Reject all" stops this too.
Marketing / advertising
Set only with your marketing consent. Used to measure our advertising and show you relevant Belgrave Estates adverts on other sites. When you are a known contact and have consented, we share a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email with Google and Meta so they can match you to an account they already hold; they never receive your email in readable form.

Withdrawing consent in the cookie settings stops all of the above immediately, deletes the related cookies we can reach, and reloads the page without them.
3. AI / MCP-related cookies
The AI concierge is stateless on the client. When you arrive on belgraveestates.com via an AI-issued deep link, a 15-minute signed prefill token is read from the URL and discarded; it is never stored as a cookie. Your subsequent session cookies (if any) are governed by the categories above.
4. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 signal, we treat it as a refusal of Marketing cookies and as a request not to sell or share your personal information (CCPA/CPRA and other US state laws), wherever you are. You can still manage Functional cookies via the .
5. How to control cookies
- Open the at any time. Changes apply immediately and persist on this browser.
- Clear cookies via your browser. You will get the banner again on the next visit.
- Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again. We also ask again whenever this policy version changes.
- Each choice is recorded with a random consent ID, the policy version, the time and your jurisdiction, so we can demonstrate it. The audit record holds a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
- Use a privacy-focused browser, extension or VPN. Belgrave does not penalise such users; accessibility under privacy tools is treated as a feature, not abuse.
