The Belgrave Circle is a private members lounge for principals who move between our super-prime markets in London, Dubai, Riyadh, the wider GCC and Europe. Members receive private viewings, advisor dinners, partner perks, early access to off-market drops and a dedicated concierge advisor.

There are two routes in: you can apply for the Standard tier, or be introduced by an advisor or existing Patron for the higher tiers. A senior advisor reviews every application personally and discreetly.

The Circle has three tiers: Standard, which you can apply for; Patron, by advisor introduction; and Invitation, reserved for principals introduced by an existing Patron or partner network. Each tier deepens access to events, off-market disclosure and concierge support.

Members unlock a curated network of partner perks across travel, dining, hospitality, wealth and wellness, alongside invitation-only events. Redemption codes are disclosed only to verified members.

Yes. Members see off-market drops first, before they reach the wider whisper list, with Patron members receiving priority disclosure. This early sight is one of the most valued benefits of membership.

Every member is supported by a dedicated concierge advisor across all seventeen of our markets. The advisor coordinates viewings, events and transactions on the member's behalf.
