Free valuation

A signed, written valuation — from a senior agent who actually visits.

Not an algorithmic estimate. A walk-through, a comparable-transaction analysis, and a written memo signed by the agent who would handle the sale or let.

  • In-person inspection by a senior agent
  • Comparable transaction memo, written
  • Pricing strategy: anchor, target, walk-away
  • No obligation, no automated follow-up

About our agents

What to expect from a Belgrave real-estate agent.

A Belgrave Estates agent is a specialist, not a generalist. Each desk runs a single mandate at a time and a single side of the transaction — buyer or seller, landlord or tenant — so there is no internal incentive to compromise either party. Mandates are documented in writing, fees are disclosed before signature, and every shortlist memo carries the agent's name on the cover.

The team you meet on a private acquisition mandate is the team that will represent you through to completion — there is no hand-off to a junior closer once the brief is signed. The same pattern applies to sole-mandate sales, lettings and tenancy, off-plan allocations, portfolio management and property finance.

Wherever you are buying, selling, letting or relocating, the local desk knows the buildings, the freeholds, and the family-office pipelines that never reach the open market. Discretion is the default. We do not advertise our mandates without written approval, and alias representation is available on every super-prime engagement.

How to work with us

Open the service finder and answer five short questions — we'll route you to the desk that fits. Or browse the offices above and book a private introduction directly with the team you'd like to work with. Both routes lead to a 30-minute call with a senior agent. No phone numbers or email addresses are exposed publicly: every channel runs through our private contact line so addresses stay off-page and out of scrapers.
