All nationalities are allowed to buy a property in Dubai. In addition to that, the government of Dubai offers investor visas to buyers of property in the UAE from 2 to 10 years depending on the value of the investment. Investments of more than 2 million AED, qualifies the investor for the UAE Golden Visa, which is valid for 10 years.
